These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Zawaj Match, including our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using Zawaj Match, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to promptly update any changes. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Zawaj Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to share your content and that your content does not violate any law or third-party rights.
Zawaj Match offers auto-renewing subscription plans ("Monthly," "3-Month," "6-Month," and "Yearly") across iOS, Android, and the web. The current price is shown at checkout and may vary by region, taxes, promotions, currency, platform fees, and payment-provider rules.
Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling depend on the platform used for purchase, including Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe web billing, and RevenueCat-supported subscription management. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period under the rules of the applicable platform.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through the same account or platform used to purchase it. Cancellation stops future renewals, but the unused portion of an active billing period is generally not refunded and premium access may continue until the period ends.
Deleting your Zawaj Match account does not cancel your subscription. You must separately manage and cancel the subscription through the same purchase method or billing platform used to subscribe.
Premium purchases are generally non-refundable after activation because access is delivered immediately. Limited exceptions may be reviewed for duplicate charges, verified technical errors, proven inability to access premium features due to our systems, or verified unauthorized transactions.
Please contact support before opening a bank dispute or chargeback. We may provide the payment provider with records showing account access, feature delivery, cancellation status, communications, and refund eligibility. Fraud, misuse, policy violations, or abusive dispute activity may result in loss of access, account restriction, or recovery of amounts owed, to the extent permitted by law.
If you access Zawaj Match through Apple, Google, Stripe, RevenueCat-supported billing, or another third-party platform, your purchase and use may also be governed by that provider's terms, refund rules, and payment decisions. Zawaj Match cannot override a provider's billing, refund, reversal, or chargeback decision.
These Terms are between you and Zawaj Match, not any app store or payment provider, except where a provider's required terms apply. Providers are not responsible for the Service, user content, support, or claims relating to your use of Zawaj Match, except as required by their own rules or applicable law.
Fair usage policies apply to all plans and included features across every platform. We may place reasonable limits or restrictions to prevent spam, scraping, excessive automated activity, fraud, payment abuse, safety risks, or harm to the Service and other users.
Daily fair usage limits apply to all plans, including plans with unlimited credits. User actions may be rate limited, delayed, or temporarily restricted to protect service quality, safety, and platform integrity.
Feature availability may change over time and may depend on account standing, app version, and technical limitations.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue plans, features, and pricing at any time, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Any pricing changes apply to future billing periods and, where required, will be communicated in advance.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, suspected fraud, legal requirements, or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by or licensed to Zawaj Match and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, content, or policies.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zawaj Match and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zawaj Match and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to resolve disputes in the courts or venues legally permitted for your location, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date when required. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
